Villa Amistad / Prime Property Rentals Puerto Vallarta

Had a wonderful stay at Villa Amistad. Everything was perfect ! Mark was very responsive during the booking process and the entire team (himself, John, Miguel, Carlos and Luis), they all make sure you have an enjoyable stay and you have everything you need. It has a very "at home" feeling. They are very eager to make your stay perfect. The property is very well maintained and all super clean and comfortable. They go the extra mile for you. Their app is super handy, it contains great recommendations on restaurants and things to do. The units have all you need and beyond, they had items in them I didn't think they would provide. Excellent location, can't beat the view ! Hoping I can visit again soon and if so I will certainly re-book with Villa Amistad !

We rented the entire Villa Armistad in Puerto Vallarta for a trip with friends and family, and it exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. Mark and his team greeted us personally, helped with our bags, and took the time to walk us through the property so we felt comfortable with all the different spaces right away. The views are absolutely spectacular, and the pool was clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing together. The entire villa was spotless, and the staff struck the perfect balance of being incredibly helpful while also staying unobtrusive so we could fully enjoy our time together. Both kitchens were very well equipped with all the appliances, cookware, and tools we needed for our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the showers deserve a special mention — I’ve been to Puerto Vallarta many times, and these were easily the best showers I’ve experienced there. Consistently hot water and excellent pressure every time. This was a perfect property for a group stay, and we would absolutely book Villa Armistad again without hesitation.

Villa Amistad was exactly as the pictures show- beautiful!! My husband and I and our 19 month old stayed in Ivan's suite and loved it. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The AC units in each bedroom were a life saver. You could leave them on when you go out and it would cool down the whole place! The pool in the common area is beautiful and was used every single day! Mark and his whole staff were amazing and always around to help with anything anyone needed. The only small issue we faced (and its not even about the property) is that it was a little far from the romantic zone when you are carrying around a toddler (strollers dont really work well in this area of PV). Before we had a child, this walking communte didnt bother us at all as we have stayed in this area a few times prior. This time, we found that because we are frequently in and out of Zona Romantica and Old town, it did feel abit farther this time when doing the walking commute with a small toddler. Just something to think about for anyone travelling with little ones! Overall- we had an awesome time at Villa Amistad and i would highly reccomend it!

Fantastic stay in Miguel's Mirador; beautifully decorated; comfortable bed and pillows lounges on balcony to read and take in the bay and sights and sounds of PV. Great bathroom and overhead shower too. Room has a small but very functional kitchenette (coffee maker, toaster nice size fridge). Mark and the whole team are so thoughtful and responsive and the place is exceptionally well run. Highly recommend and can't wait to return for a third time next year..

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Amistad. We stayed in the Ivan's section on the 3rd floor. Mark, John, and Miguel were amazing hosts. The rooms are nice and quiet, and the beds are very comfortable. The saltwater pool was amazing. The house is very walkable to restaurants. The honor bar was a nice touch to get some drinks when we returned. The place is very clean as well. We felt very safe in the house. We would definitely stay again.

Staying at Villa Amistad was a true treat! We loved it so much we immediately wanted to book another say only to find them full during our next stay in February 2026. Guess that means we are not the only ones looking to re-book here. Not only were the amenities fantastic, but so was the staff. Having John and Mark on-site could only be described in the most positive way with them providing recommendations for what to do (beyond the already amazing guidebook!) and helping in whatever ways we asked. Miguel, Carlos, and Luis were just as fantastic and the stay wouldn’t have been the same without their smiling faces. We look forward to our next stay and reconnecting with everyone. Couldn’t ask for a nicer spot, in a great location. My favorite part? The heated pool.

Recently stayed for our second time at Villa Amistad and it was even better than I remembered. Mark and his team at Villa Amistad make you feel so welcome and right at home with everything they do. The pool is perfect for cooling off in on a hot afternoon and the view from it is spectacular. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms are large and have great showers with actually hot water and good water pressure. We didn't want to leave!

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, great view. Nice pool. Comfortable beds. Everything you need for your vacation. Very responsive hosts. Great location in the Centro area and short walk to the Malecon and Romantica district. Awesome food within walking distance of the condo. Easy to catch an Uber back to the condo if you didn't feel like walking back up the hill. Highly recommend.
